The following will set forth the Terms and Conditions
(the "Agreement") of NicheRoll (the "Program"
or the "Affiliate Program"). As used in
this Agreement, "you" or "your"
means the applicant/participating affiliate.
1. You must be over the age of eighteen (18) years
in order to enroll and participate in the Program.
2. We are engaged in complete NO SPAM and NO EMAIL
policy. Spamming is not allowed.
3. The Program does not accept sites and links
from sites that endorse actual, implied or simulated:
bestiality, obscene, rape, torture, child porn
as well as warez, mp3 & password selling or
trading.
4.Pay periods are from the 1st to 15th and then
the 16th to the end of that month.
5. You will receive 50% of all income from trial
sign-ups, rebills and recurring rebills for as
long as the surfer remains a member of our sites.
We will pay the processor fees from our share
so as example on $29,95 sign-up will earn you
$14,97 + 50% of possible rebills. If you send
over 30 signups per period we will raise your
share to 60%.
6. All payouts are made in U.S. funds.
7. Get 5% from all sales that a referred webmasters
make.
8. We reserve the right to cancel this program
at any time, without prior notification. On this
event, all owed balances will be paid in full.
9. We are not responsible for any losses incurred
due to server and equipment down time or incorrect
use of the link codes.
10. NicheRoll reserves the right to terminate
any affiliate account if it is idle for more than
60 days. In such cases the affiliate will be notified.
11. NicheRoll reserves the right to terminate
any affiliate account if it violates this agreement
with forfeiture of all funds!
12. We accept webmasters from all countries!
13. NicheRoll reserves the right to delete accounts
due to high credit or charge back rates.
